RJG Productions focuses on the development and production of new writing across plays and musicals. Recent work includes: FANNY (King's Head Theatre & Watermill Theatre); Club NVRLND (Edinburgh Festival Fringe); That Bastard, Puccini! (Park Theatre); Bitter Lemons (Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Bristol Old Vic, Live Newcastle & Park Theatre); and Hir (Park Theatre). Other notable productions include: A Hundred Words for Snow (Trafalgar Studios, UK Tour & VAULT Festival); the original production of ANNA X; and Associate Producer on Amélie the Musical (West End).

Alongside producing their own work, RJG Productions offers general management services to international producers and companies wanting to develop or mount work in the UK. Recent general management projects include: Beautiful Little Fool (Southwark Playhouse); The Empire Strips Back (Riverside Studios & UK Tour); Our Cosmic Dust (Park Theatre); Maiden Voyage (Southwark Playhouse); and The Happiest Man on Earth (Southwark Playhouse).
